HospiVille, the medication reconciliation platform linking hospital and community care
HospiVille is the medication reconciliation platform connecting hospitals and community pharmacies along the patient care pathway. It supports the best possible medication history, admission and discharge reconciliation, patient medication schedules and hospital-community exchanges.
Its AI module Hospilote reads prescriptions and structures them in FHIR format, with no re-entry. The CONCIL-IA study, conducted at Angers University Hospital on 133 medication histories and presented at the SFPC 2026 congress, measured a 22 % reduction in the time needed to complete one (4.41 to 3.43 minutes, p = 0.0139).
HospiVille interfaces natively with the Sillage EHR and exposes standard FHIR APIs for other systems. It is also interfaced with VIDAL Sentinel, a certified class IIa medical device that flags patients at risk of adverse drug events. Where Sentinel is already deployed, patient and prescription data flows through that existing interface, so the hospital has no new EHR interface to build.
Authentication via CPS card, e-CPS and Pro Santé Connect. MaPUI Labs is a certified MSSanté operator and hosts all data under French HDS certification.
